Note that the courses listed below include those offered by faculty of other departments that have been approved for history credit. Courses are numbered in the following manner:

  • 30000-39900. Graduate courses.
  • 40000-49900. Graduate colloquia open to undergraduates.
  • 50000-69900. Lecture courses, colloquia and proseminars open to graduate students. Some of these courses are also open to undergraduates with the consent of the instructor.
  • 70000-89900. Two-quarter seminars and special courses open to graduate students.
  • 90000-99900. Reading and research courses and other special courses open to graduate students.
